Unexpectedly, I was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at the National Fitness Awards in Leicester, UK on December 1st. Organised by Workout Magazine and Script Media, this annual event attracted over 900 professionals.
With a powerful opening featuring acrobatic entertainment stunts that rival Cirque de Soleil, 21 awards were presented in different categories.
